I’m not sure if Fuma lost his money in the Kouga-Kola Machine or if he’s just succumbing to his hate for the franchise… either way, his kicking the shit out of the machine.

On March 11th, 2011 a great earthquake struck 130 kilometers off the east coast of Oshiko Peninsula, Tohouku Japan. This earthquake caused great destruction to Japan.
My work, particularly GratNin, has benefited beyond measure from the culture of Japan.
Starting today, I will draw a GratNin (16×22.5 cm) every afternoon for the next 30 days and post it at the NinjAid website. I will reward every donation of $35 or more made from that site with one of those original GratNin drawings posted or to be posted there.

So publisher’s weekly announced my adaptation of Ray Bradbury’s Something Wicked This Way Comes.
PW says it’s supposed to drop on the 30th of June.
Here’s the cover without the type treatment they decided to go with… which kind of reminded me of the old Goosebumps books by RL Stine. :-/

Project Rooftop/D-pi: Static
Static: Redesign of the Cool, Part Five | Project : Rooftop
In memory of Dwayne McDuffie

..from a project a friend of mine developed… Joseph Boulogne the Chevalier Saint Georges was a contemporary of Mozart. He was world class fencer and composer. Oh yeah, and the son of a slave and aristocrat.
breaks after the bump…
Yeah, so… My database got hacked and I lost about two years of posts, so… that’s why, if you look closely, you’ll notice two years of posts have disappeared. It happens to the best of us, right? So kids, the lesson is remember to backup your data.
But, I’m back… and I’m gonna keep this site dedicated to my work from here on out. You can see more of my musings and random interests over at my new tumblr, d-pi.tumblr.com. Also Gratuitous Ninja: Loan Sharks is still up and I plan on having some new GratNin news in early March.
So thanks for being patient, I appreciate the support and all of the cats who keep checking for me. It’s gonna be an exciting year. I’ve just completed an adaptation of Ray Bradbury’s Something Wicked this Way Comes and I’ve completely finished inking Prince of Cats. Now I am excited to start several new, exciting projects. I will check in here occasionally to give peeks and stuff.
Sincerely,
Ron “D-pi” Wimberly
Back in the game like Jack Lalanne. Don’t know the name? …don’t rack your brain. I had some techdiffs over the weekend, if you noticed… keep an eye peeled today and tomorrow. It’s a news day.
